Nice and really kind employees with nice manners. Great options at breakfast.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, brilliant food, exceptional views. The room was airy and new-fashioned and packed all that was necessary. The hotel had indeed a magnificent location on new years eve the bar restaurant did close at 11. Having different cold drinks in the roof top bar was a very nice touch.

the location was great, to milano city centre & the cathedral, in the tranquil area. everything was perfect, however a few employees were not particularly helpful. thoroughly enjoyed the way our classic room was arranged.

The room was large and we had an electronic key card, a work desk, and a television with satellite channels.

Beautifully designed and good looking place, HELPFUL staff on the reception desk. Lovely bed in classic queen room with a laptop safe, a minibar, and central heating. Very beautiful building, large bedroom. Very quick check-in, parking in the same building. Not to mention free wifi! Particularly good and magnificent location just off milan center, and the train station and the supermarket, 10 min walk to train station.

Spacious rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast, friendly staff, good location.

Double room facilities

Parking space in front of the hotel was a bit of a mess. There was a lot of waste in the bins on the parking space and the area itself was not clean. This did not give a correct representation of the hotel.

The rooms are simply gorgious!

I recently stayed at Italiana Hotels Milan Rho Fair and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious and the bathroom was modern and roomy. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also loved the hotel's unique history as a former cotton mill - the architecture and renovation work were truly impressive. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station but still quiet enough that I didn't hear any noise from passing trains. it was a great place to stay.

Big size, clean rooms, friendly people

The room was very clean and nice. A very quiet hotel with a good location to the train station. I was very surprised that the staff spoke very good english because I speak very poor Italian. We will be staying there again and I will tell all of our friends about it.

The lights in the room were the hardest part for us to figure out. But that is it.

The staff are attentive and the basic amenities are well maintained. The rooms with three single beds are perfect for families or friends traveling together. Additionally, the breakfast served here includes a superb view.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Very good price for its value, very comfortable rooms and free internet access!

The professional attention of the reception employees, and the restaurant & terasse on the top floor

The automatic air conditioned system: impossible to adjust from the room, too noisy at night when running at max fan speed.
